b) Decline service during extreme weather conditions that may affect service quality;
c) Limit certain services based on vehicle type, condition, or size;
d) Modify service hours or availability without prior notice;
e) Implement waiting periods during high-volume times;
f) Change pricing or service offerings at our discretion.
We cannot guarantee complete removal of all stains, particularly those that have set over time or are of certain chemical compositions. Service results may vary based on vehicle condition, age, and material types.

b) Items left in vehicles during service;
c) Damage caused by environmental factors beyond our control;
d) Normal wear that becomes apparent after cleaning;
e) Damage resulting from necessary cleaning processes on severely soiled vehicles;
f) Consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through informal negotiation. Both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute before pursuing other remedies.
If informal negotiations fail, all disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the appropriate local arbitration association. The arbitration shall take place in the jurisdiction of our primary business location.
